Its common name includes boxer crab, boxing crabs. They are well known for their mutualism with see anemones. They have claws for defense and to capture food particles. They don’t need to bind with see anemones for survival. They can also live without see anemones. They can also found substituting other organisms ( such as sponges and corals) instead of see anemones.
