‘Yellow Dancing Girl'(Globba marantina) or Kera kera belongs to the family Zingiberaceae. It is a perennial plant with height approximately 18″ to 24″. Blooming season- late summer to late fall. The Globba marantina is distributed exclusively, but widely, south of the Isthmus of Kra (and extreme southern India) from Sri Lanka to the Solomon Islands.
